Terms & Conditions for public CPD courses

If you have any problems or queries with your booking, please contact us at enquiries@insight-training.co.uk.

Confirmation
Booking confirmation will be sent to you immediately for all on-line bookings and upon processing for all bookings made via our booking form. If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours of making the on-line booking please contact us at enquiries@insight-training.co.uk.

Transfers
If you cannot attend a live seminar, you can transfer your place to another individual. Places can be transferred at any time up to and including the day of the seminar.

Delegate numbers

Where a number of team members attend a course or watch a recording together, we require payment to be made for each individual who attends and views the recording.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to enquiries@insight-training.co.uk.

The charge for cancelling your booking is:

• 3 days or more before the seminar – no charge

• Less than 3 days before the seminar – No refund (transfer to another individual only)

Recordings

Recordings can be made available to any booked delegate on request. These recordings must not be shared with any colleagues or contacts, who were not booked on the course, without our prior consent.

 Data Protection

• The protection of personal privacy is an important concern to Insight Training. Any personal data collected will be treated in accordance with current data protection legislation.
• We will use your personal data to deliver your training services incorporating; administration (pre, post and during the event), communications, invoicing & payment, delegate lists.

Delegate materials

Course materials will be issued a day or two before the session. Course materials are provided for the sole use of the delegate and may not be reproduced whether in whole or part, shared or distributed by any method whatsoever without prior permission of the copyright owner. External speakers are responsible for the content of their respective sessions.
