We’re All Different … And That’s A Good Thing!

We are thrilled to have teamed up with Insight Training, who have done an outstanding job over the years, designing different training programmes for us. The most recent training programme required spending a lot of time with Nicky, who has become a valued and respected member of our firm and has got to know every person in our office. UHY Hacker Young Manchester - Personal Development Programme

UHY Hacker Young is growing fast in the North West.  To deliver the best service to their clients they have a strong focus on attracting, developing and retaining the best people.  Insight Training has delivered technical training to UHY in Manchester over many years and we were delighted to be asked to partner with them to develop a firm wide development programme.

We kicked off with a whole firm team building session including psychometric profiles and a training needs analysis to identify priorities.  Three one day modules were then developed and delivered covering Personal Effectiveness, Working Relationships and Leadership Potential. 

The programme is ongoing and workshops are attended by staff from all levels, providing an opportunity for teams to come together to share ideas and support development and growth.

Team Building workshop

We were delighted to run a team building workshop for the finance function at one of our clients, using the Everything DiSC psychometric profiling tool. 

Everything DiSC is a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies.  Delegates completed a short questionnaire and received a personal profile which gave them information about their preferred ways of working, strengths and motivations. 

The workshop was highly interactive and gave the team an opportunity to learn more about their own styles, how to identify with other styles and think about how the team could work better with each other.
